  George D. Buffington III DAUPHIN George D. Buffington III, 22, passed away at 
  home on Sunday, August 9, 2009, sur rounded by his loving family ,after a 
  courageous battle with cancer. He graduated in carpentry from Dauphin County Vo 
  Tech and was employed by Yingst Homes Inc. He loved fishing, hunting, and had a 
  passion for custom vehicles, especially his truck. He is survived by his father 
  and mother, George D. Jr. and Susan Bufffington of Dauphin; his sister, Madison 
  of Hummelstown; his paternal grandfather, George D. Sr. of Palmyra; and his 
  maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Richard Stanford of Dauphin. Many loving 
  uncles, aunts, cousins and his loving girlfriend, Aly. He also had many special 
  friends who loved him dearly. A memorial service will be held on Saturday at 11 
  a.m. in the Devonshire Church, with the Rev. Todd Fetters officiating. 
  Visitation will begin at 10 a.m. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, 
  gifts in memory of George D. Buffington III, may be directed to support the 
  Pediatric Oncology at Johns Hopkins University, gifts may be mailed to the 
  Johns Hopkins Kimmel Cancer Center, 100 N. Charles St., Suite 234 Baltimore MD
