  Anne H. DePamphilis LEBANON Anne H. DePamphilis, 94, of Cedar Haven Nursing 
  Home, died Wednesday, September 2, 2009, at the Good Samaritan Hospital. She 
  was the wife of the late William L. DePamphilis. Born May 8, 1915, in Roebling, 
  N.J., she was the daughter of the late Michael and Catherine Bauer Zech. She 
  was a member of St. Cecilia's Church, Lebanon. She is survived by one daughter, 
  Dolores ''Dee'', wife of Lawrence Phillips of Auburn, Ga.; two grandchildren, 
  William Zurmuehl and Lynn Leach; and two greatgrandchildren, William Zurmuehl 
  and Carlynn Leach. She was preceded in death by two brother, Joseph and Frank 
  Zech. Funeral Mass Wednesday at 11 a.m. from St. Cecilia's Church, 202 E. 
  Lehman St., Lebanon. Interment will be in St. Gertrude's Cemetery. Viewing 
  hours are from 10 to 11 a.m. Wednesday at the church. Thompson Funeral Home, 
  Inc., Lebanon, is in charge of the arrangements.
