  Ivan C. Diem MCALISTERVILLE Ivan C. Diem, 72, formerly of Lebanon County, died 
  at 4:07 p.m. Monday, August 31, 2009, at the Lewistown Hospital. His wife of 
  nearly 54 years, Elnora S. (Ebersole) Diem, whom he married on October 1, 1955, 
  survives. Born on September 3, 1936, in West Earl Twp., Lancaster Co., he was a 
  son of the late Clarence and Esther (Horst) Diem. Funeral services will be held 
  at 10 a.m. Saturday from the Crossroads Mennonite Church, Richfield, with 
  Bishop Ken Gehman, Pastor Tim Lauver, and Pastor Orval Graybill officiating. 
  Interment will follow in the Brick Church Cemetery, Richfield. Viewing will be 
  held at the Crossroads Mennonite Church, Richfield, on Friday from 2 to 8 p.m. 
  with the family present from 2 to 4 p.m. and again from 6 to 8 p.m., and on 
  Saturday from 9 a.m. until the time of service at the church. In lieu of 
  flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made in Mr. Diem's memory to 
  the Olive Branch Mennonite Missions, 2486 Lebanon Road, Manheim, PA 17545. The 
  Brown Funeral Homes, Inc., 111 Westfall St., McAlisterville, have been 
  entrusted with the funeral arrangements.
