Ninth St., Lebanon, died Wednesday, March 11, 2009, in the Good Samaritan Hospital. He was the husband of Clara E. Strupp DiScuillo. Born in Lebanon on October 3, 1925, he was the son of the late Vincent and Filomena Natale DiScuillo. He was a retired employee of the former Lebanon Steel Foundry. He was a life member of the Lebanon VFW Post No. 23, and a member of St. Mary's Church. He was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II. Surviving in addition to his wife are four children, John DiScuillo Jr. and companion Jackie of Lebanon, Phyllis, wife of Ray Keath of Lebanon, Michael DiScuillo of Lebanon and Cindy, wife of Robert Moyer of Lebanon; several grandchildren; greatgrandchildren; one brother, Nick DiScuillo of Lebanon; four stepbrothers; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services Saturday at 10 from Thompson Funeral Home Inc., 126 S. Ninth St. Lebanon. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery. Visitation Saturday morning, 9-10, at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Lung Association, 3001 Old Gettysburg Road, Camp Hill, PA 17011.
