  Luella H. Ebersole, 89, of 12349 Huyett Lane Hagerstown, MD, passed away 
  Wednesday, June 17, 2009, at the Mennonite Fellowship Home in Hagerstown, where 
  she resided. Born Dec. 16, 1919, in Lititz, PA, she was a daughter of the late 
  Christ and Anna (Hernley) Risser. She and her husband, Paul H. Ebersole, were 
  married July 31, 1941. They observed 67 years together until his death earlier 
  this year on March 1, 2009. Luella was a member of the Hartleton Mennonite 
  Church in Millmont, PA. Surviving are one son and daughter-in-law, J. Mark and 
  June Ebersole of Myerstown, PA; two brothers and one daughter-in-law, Clarence 
  and Marion Risser and Paul Risser, all of Lititz, PA; three sisters, Miriam 
  Martin of Waynesboro, PA and Arlene Risser and Esther Ebersole, both of 
  Lebanon, PA; two grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. In addition to her 
  husband and parents, she was preceded in death by one sister, Edna Sauder, and 
  one brother, Samuel Risser. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 p.m. and again 
  from 6 to 8 p.m. on Sunday at the Hartleton Mennonite Church, 420 Laurel Road, 
  Millmont, where the funeral will be held at 10 a.m. on Monday. Officiating will 
  be the local ministry with burial to follow in the adjoining church cemetery. 
  The family requests that flowers be omitted. Assistance to the family is being 
  provided by Cronrath-Grenoble Funeral Home, S. 2nd & St. Louis Streets, 
  Lewisburg, PA.
