  Fasnacht, Anna Jane   
   
  Anna Jane Fasnacht, age 98, died Friday, January 2, 2009, in Cedar Haven 
  Nursing Home, Lebanon, where she had resided. She was born on February 6, 1910, 
  in Philadelphia, Pa. She was the daughter of John Adam and Jennie Light 
  Fasnacht. She worked for numerous years as a seamer for the Kreider Hosiery 
  Mill in Annville, then as a stamper for Kreider Shoe Company in Annville for 13 
  years, before retiring after 15 years as an examiner for the Durable Shoe 
  Company in Myerstown. She was a former member of the Christ United Church of 
  Christ in Annville. She was the last of her family. Surviving are her sister-in-
  law, Bernice Fourman Fasnacht of Cedar Haven Nursing Home; and her niece, 
  Carol, wife of Kenneth Hummer of Hummelstown; numerous other nieces and 
  nephews; greatnieces and nephews; and great-great-nieces and nephews. She is 
  preceded in death by her siblings, Mary Hostetter, Andrew Fasnacht, Clara 
  Johnson, Emma McGill, Amanda Ernst, Olive Mae Fasnacht and Harold A. Fasnacht. 
  A memorial service will be on Saturday, January 10, 2009, at the Rothermel 
  Funeral Home Inc., 25 W. Pine St., Palmyra, at 11, with the hour prior for a 
  time of visitation. The Rev. Samuel Fry will officiate. Burial will be private 
  in Grandview Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be 
  given to the Good Samaritan Hospice, Fourth and Walnut streets, Lebanon, PA 
  17042.
