  Fenicle, Albert L.    
  
  Albert L. Fenicle, age 77, of 108 Poplar Ave., Hummelstown died Friday, May 22, 
  2009 in the M.S. Hershey Medical Center. He was the husband of Parthene E. 
  (Arndt) Fenicle. They were married for 57 years (September 22, 1951). He was 
  born on July 15, 1931 in Carlisle, Cumberland County to Lester & Edna 
  Chronister Fenicle. He retired after 41 years as a Farmer for the Milton S. 
  Hershey School. After retirement he was employed for 17 years at the Hershey 
  Nursery. He was an active member of the Bindnagle's Lutheran Church where he 
  had 34 years of perfect attendance. Surviving in addition to his loving wife 
  are his children Robert H. Fenicle, Lebanon; Jeffrey L. Fenicle and his wife 
  Holly, Hummelstown; Sharon wife of George "Woody" Backenstoes, III, Palmyra; 8 
  grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren; Sisters Florence wife of Wilbur Lehman, 
  Palmyra; Barbara wife of Wayne Reisinger, Ickesburg, PA; a brother Kenneth 
  husband of Rosalie Fenicle, Lititz, PA. He was preceded in death by a daughter 
  Betty L. Smith. Relatives & friends are invited for a time of viewing on 
  Thursday, May 28, 2009 from 9:0011:00 at the Rothermel Funeral Home, Inc., 25 
  W. Pine St., Palmyra followed by his funeral at 11:00 with Rev. Dr. John Merkel 
  officiating. Burial will follow in Grandview Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, 
  memorial contributions may be given to the American Heart Association PO Box 
  1263 Lebanon, PA 17042 or to the American Cancer Society PO Box 1274 Lebanon, 
  PA 17042. Rothermel Funeral Home, Inc., is entrusted with funeral services.
