  Theodore E. Fisher, Jr. LEBANON Theodore E. Fisher Jr., 84, died Monday, 
  January 28, 2009, in his residence. He was the husband of the late Bette Jane 
  Koehler Fisher. He was born in Lebanon on June 14, 1925, son of the late 
  Theodore E. Sr., and Ethel Mae Ealy Fisher, and was raised by his late 
  grandparents, John and Fanny Fisher, Lebanon. He was a partner with his late 
  wife in Fisher's Restaurant on Cumberland St. He had served the Lebanon 
  Community for over 50 years. Surviving are son, Theodore E. Fisher III and 
  wife, Susan S. Fisher, Lebanon; daughter, Victoria Fisher McCutcheon, wife of 
  Robert McCutcheon, Hanahan, S.C.; six grandchildren; and five great-
  grandchildren. Private graveside services were held Thursday, December 31, 
  2009, in the Mt. Lebanon Cemetery. The Rev. Mary Ellen Beckman, a United 
  Methodist minister and family friend, officiated. Serving as pallbearers were 
  Tom Strohm, Jeff White, Jeff Bartal, P. Henry Yingst, Christopher C. Eckman IV 
  and Lee Rhen. Honorary pallbearers were Roger Bomberger, Raymie Fox, Donald 
  Groy, Billy Shay and Teddy Ramage. In lieu of flowers, family requests memorial 
  contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 1274, 
  Lebanon. The Rohland Funeral Home, Inc, Lebanon was in charge of the 
  arrangements.

  This obit lists Mr. Fisher's date of death as 1/28/2010.  I think it should be
