  Flanagan, Robert E.     
   
   
  Robert E. Flanagan, 85, of Lebanon, formerly of Mt. Joy, PA died Sunday, June 
  7, 2009 in Hospice of Lancaster County. He was the husband of Adrianna V. 
  Stevens Flanagan. Born in Bangor, Maine on November 1, 1923 he was the son of 
  the late Thomas and Elizabeth Chassion Flanagan. He retired as Chief Master 
  Sergeant from the U.S. Navy after 25 years of service. He also was formerly 
  employed by Electric Boat, Groton, CT as an engineer inspector. He worshiped in 
  the catholic faith. Mr. Flanagan loved playing golf, traveling and solving 
  crossword puzzles. He will be greatly missed by his family and his dog Tiffany. 
  Surviving in addition to his wife are daughters: Lina A. Flanagan, Long Beach, 
  CA; Nancy L. wife of Michael Leahy, Lebanon, PA; grandsons: Derek Leahy and 
  wife Teresa, WA; Keith Leahy and significant other Floyd Canaday, IL; 
  granddaughter: Natasha husband of Francisco Garcia, CA; great granddaughters: 
  Maya, Liv, Maeve and Quinn. Funeral services will be held on Friday, June 12, 
  2009 at 10:00 AM in the Rohland Funeral Home, 508 Cumberland St., Lebanon, PA 
  17042 where a visitation will begin at 9:00 AM until the time of the service. 
  Interment will be made in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville, PA. In 
  lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Hospice of Lancaster Co., P.O. Box 
  4125, Lancaster, PA 17604
