  Virginia Ruth Gerhart, 72, of 627 Henry Houck Lane, Lebanon died Wednesday July 
  8, 2009, at her residence. She was the wife of C. Edward Gerhart. Born in Gary, 
  West Virginia, on July 14, 1936, she was the daughter of the late Earl and 
  Pauline Combs Hylton. She was a member of Open Door Baptist Church, Lebanon, 
  and she enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren and 
  greatgrandchildren. Surviving in addition to her husband C. Edward are 2 
  children, Virginia E., wife of Francis J. Dankulich of Lebanon, and Darlene F., 
  wife of Marlin Shenk of Lebanon; 4 grandchildren, David, Lora, Nicole and 
  Taylor; 3 great-grandchildren: Kaitlyn, Xandra and Billy; 2 brothers, Willis 
  Hylton of Fredericksburg and Lester Hylton of Lebanon; 2 sisters, Rose Wooddell 
  of Lebanon and Pauline Laudermilch of Lebanon; and several nieces & nephews. 
  She was preceded in death by a brother, James Hylton, and a granddaughter, 
  Stephanie Graham. Funeral services will be held Monday at 1:00 from Open Door 
  Baptist Church, 875 Academy Dr., Lebanon 17046. Interment will be in Grand View 
  Memorial Park. Visitation Monday from 12-1 at the church. In lieu of flowers 
  memorial contributions may be made to Open Door Baptist Church. Thompson 
  Funeral Home Inc., Lebanon, is in charge of arrangements. Published in the
