  Ella M. Griffe, 87, of Myerstown, PA, died Saturday May 2, 2009, at Good 
  Samaritan Hospital in Lebanon. Her husband, Arthur S. Griffe, died December 29, 
  1977. Born in East Cocalico Twp., she was a daughter of the late Robert and 
  Minnie Schannauer Kopp. She was retired from the Richland Knitting Mills. She 
  was a member of Millcreek Lutheran Church in Newmanstown, PA, and the Ladies 
  Auxiliary of Neptune Fire Co. in Richland, PA. She enjoyed cooking and reading. 
  Surviving are 5 children, Terry A. (Victoria), Dean R. (Bambi), Timothy R., 
  fianc" of Doreen Zimmerman, all of Myerstown, Caryll (Brian) Foret of Metairie, 
  LA, and Jan R. (Monica) of Lebanon; 11 grandchildren; 22 greatgrandchildren; 
  brothers, Elmer (Katherine) Kopp and Robert (Doris) Kopp of Reinholds, Daniel 
  (Dolores) Kopp of Stevens; sisters, Joyce (Carl) Bollinger of Akron, PA, and 
  Linda (Glenn) Beard of Denver, PA. She was predeceased by a sister, Helen 
  Fasnacht. Funeral Wednesday, May 6, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. at Millcreek Lutheran 
  Church, 221 N. Sheridan Road, Newmanstown, PA 17073. There will be no viewing. 
  Interment in Swamp Cemetery Reinholds, PA. In lieu of flowers, memorial 
  contributions may be made to her church.
