  Glenn E. Groff Glenn E. Groff, 74, of Mount Joy passed away unexpectedly at 
  home on Sunday, March 15, 2009. Born in Mount Joy Township, he was the son of 
  the late Paris D. and Mary Sherer Groff. Glenn was the husband of the late 
  Norma L. Heisey Groff, who died in 2007. He retired as a dispatcher at the 
  former Sico Company, Mount Joy, for over 30 years. Glenn was a member of Mount 
  Hope United Christian Church, Manheim, and he also attended Gods Missionary 
  Church, Salunga. He was a 1952 graduate of the former Mount Joy High School. 
  His interests included gardening, music, and he enjoyed spending time with his 
  family. Surviving are a son, Gerald N. Groff of Mount Joy; two daughters, 
  Cynthia J. Zerphey of Elizabethtown, Jolene R., wife of Gaston H. Edwards of 
  Mount Joy; three grandsons; two brothers, Jay Richard Groff and Frank L., 
  husband of Marjorie Groff, both of Manheim. He was preceded in death by a 
  granddaughter. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend his 
  funeral service at Discover Joy Church, 1969 Mastersonville Road, Manheim, Pa., 
  on Monday, March 23, 2009, at 11 a.m. with David Heagy officiating. Interment 
  in Mastersonville Brethren In Christ Cemetery, Rapho Township. There will be a 
  public viewing at the church on Monday morning from 10 a.m. until the time of 
  service. The Buch Funeral Home, Manheim, Pa., in charge of arrangements.
