  Elizabeth J. Gruber LEBANON Elizabeth J. Gruber, 89, died Saturday, October 10, 
  2009, in Manor Care, Lebanon. She was the wife of the late Arthur D. Gruber and 
  had resided at 419 S. 6th St. Born in Dayton, Ohio, on December 3, 1919, she 
  was the daughter of the late John W. and Ruth K. Barnhart Miller. She was a 
  member of Tabor United Church of Christ, Lebanon, RSVP, Lebanon Senior 
  Citizens, and volunteered at the Good Samaritan Hospital. She had also worked 
  as a teacher's aid in Harding Elementary School, Lebanon School District. Betty 
  is survived by sons, R. Neil, husband of Cathy Gruber of Epharta, and David W., 
  husband of Tammy Gruber, and daughter-in-law, Molly Gruber of Ripley, N.Y.; 
  five grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by 
  son, Jon A. Gruber, and a brother, William T. Miller. Graveside services will 
  be held on Monday, October 19, 2009, at 11:30 a.m. at Indiantown Gap National 
  Cemetery, Annville. TaylorRuffner Funeral Home, Inc., 712 Chestnut St., 
  Lebanon, is handled the arrangements. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be 
  made to Tabor U.C.C. Memorial Fund, 10th and Walnut Sts., Lebanon.
