   Sarah A. (Fausnacht) Gruber, age 91, died on Sunday, March 22, 2009, in the 
   Audubon Villa, Lititz, where she had been a resident. For many years, she and 
   her husband were residents of Palmyra. She was born in Lawn on January 15, 
   1918, to William and Anna Mae Eyer Fausnacht. She was the wife of Alvin "Allie" 
   C. Gruber, who died November 14, 1996. She and her husband were coowners of the 
   Gruber & Fausnacht Grocery Store in Palmyra. Sarah was a longtime member of the 
   Lawn Evangelical Congregational Church, where she served as church organist for 
   50 years. She was a former member of the Order of Eastern Star Chapter 402 in 
   Palmyra, and she was an avid Phillies fan. Surviving are her son, Ronald L. 
   Gruber of Lititz; granddaughters Sarah Cozzens of Lancaster and Kristine Gruber 
   of Lititz; sisters Doris Bowman of Fontana; Christine Stauffer of Virginia 
   Beach, VA; brothers John Henry Fausnacht of Elizabethtown and Roger Fausnacht 
   of Palmyra. Her brothers William and Harold preceded her in death. Relatives 
   and friends are invited for a time of viewing on Wednesday, March 25, 2009, 
   from 6:00-8:00 PM at the Rothermel Funeral Home, Inc., 25 W. Pine St., Palmyra. 
   Funeral services will be at the funeral home on Thursday, March 26, 2009, at 
   10:00 with the hour prior for viewing. Burial will follow in the Gravel Hill 
   Cemetery, Palmyra. Rothermel Funeral Home, Inc. is entrusted with funeral 
   services
