  Hetrick, Laura Jean "Turtle"    
   
   
  Laura Hetrick Laura Jean "Turtle" Hetrick, 42, of Pine Grove, left this world 
  on Wednesday, July 22, 2009, after a brief illness, in the Good Samaritan 
  Hospital, Lebanon. Born on September 17, 1966, in Pottsville, she was a 
  daughter of Kenneth Koehler, husband of Laura of Pine Grove, and the late 
  Kathleen Stevenson Koehler Ward. She was a 1984 graduate of Pine Grove High 
  School and served her country in the U.S. Air Force during Lebanon/Grenada. 
  Laura was employed as a Human Services Program Specialist for Early Education 
  in the Pennsylvania Dept. of Welfare and was also employed at Millies Styling 
  in Pine Grove. Laura was a lover of animals and a proud Eagles and Yankees fan, 
  as well as an avid softball mom. Nothing made her happier than to laugh with 
  those she loved. She was the wife of Scott Hetrick for 15 years; the loving 
  mother of two daughters, Chanel Hetrick and Dominique Hetrick; a sister to Pam, 
  wife of Keith Hawryluk of Lebanon, Beth Noll of Pine Grove, Michael and wife 
  Julie Koehler of Pine Grove, Tim and wife Sharon Duncan of Allentown, an aunt 
  to Scott and wife Heather Hawryluk of Lebanon, Ralph and wife Tracey Hawryluk 
  of Newton, NJ, Sarah wife of Greg Keilholtz of Dillsburg, Trent Noll, Nash and 
  Arisa Koehler, all of Pine Grove, Jesse and Tyler Duncan of Allentown; and a 
  great aunt to Indy Hawryluk, Nicholas Keilholtz, and Ganon Hawryluk. Laura was 
  a loved member of the Stevenson family of Pine Grove and Lebanon. Services will 
  be held at St. John's Lutheran Church, 222 S. Tulpehocken Street, Pine Grove, 
  Tuesday, July 28, at 11:00 A.M. with the Rev. Sarah M. Keilholtz and the Rev. 
  Michael Seifried officiating. Friends will be received Monday, July 27, from 
  6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at the H. L. Snyder Funeral Home, Inc., Pine Grove, 
  and from 9:00 A.M. until time of service at the church on Tuesday. The family 
  would prefer, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions made in her memory to 
  a fund to care for her girls, in care of Pastor Sarah M. Keilholtz, St. John's 
  Lutheran Church, 44 W. Main Street, Shiremanstown, Pa. 17011.
