  Oliver J. Hoke LEBANON Oliver J. "Timer" Hoke, 83, of 1100 Jackson Blvd., died 
  Wednesday, September 9, 2009, in the Lebanon VA Medical Center. He was the 
  husband of Georgine R. Kissinger Hoke. They would have celebrated their 59th 
  wedding anniversary in November 2009. Born in Quentin, Pa., on July 1, 1926, he 
  was the son of the late Oliver M. and Ella Ellinger Hoke. He was retired from 
  Milton Hershey School with 44 years of service and was a 1944 graduate of 
  Cornwall High School. He was an Army Veteran of WWII. Mr. Hoke was a member of 
  St. John's United Methodist Church, Pleasant Hill. Surviving, in addition to 
  his wife, Georgine, are two children, Jean, wife of John Hacunda of Lebanon, 
  and Mary Kathryn, wife of William Kale of Lebanon; four grandchildren, Jennifer 
  Hacunda, Jacqueline, wife of Gerald Gostomski, Peter Kale, and Bradley Kale; 
  and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a sister, Emily 
  Hoke. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday from Thompson Funeral 
  Home, Inc., 126 S. 9th St., Lebanon. Interment will be on Mt. Lebanon Cemetery. 
  Viewing hours Saturday morning 10 to 11 a.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of 
  flowers, donations may be made to St. John's United Methodist Church, 1709 
  Center St., Lebanon, PA 17042.
