  Jeffrey L. Hower, 49, Myerstown, died Monday, Feb. 9, 2009, at Good Samaritan 
  Hospital. He was the husband of Carol A. Weaber Hower. Memorial service 10 a.m. 
  Friday, Feb. 13, 2009, at St. John's Church, Mt. Aetna. Donations to funeral
