Keath, 88, died Saturday, September 12, 2009, in the Lebanon Good Samaritan Hospital. She was the wife of Bernard I. Keath, who passed away November 19, 2002. She was born in Lebanon on January 17, 1921, daughter of the late Lewis and Rose Michenfelder Bickel. Florence was a City of Lebanon Crossing Guard for 25 years. She was a member of Tabor United Church of Christ Lebanon, life member of Lebanon VFW Post 23 Aux, Union Fire Co, Ladies Aux Rescue Hose Co #4 and Ladies Aux of the Lebanon County Firemen's Assoc. Surviving are a son, Richard M. Keath of Lebanon; grandchildren, Matthew Shue, and Karen, wife of William Doll; greatgrandchildren, Brittney and Nathan Doll, all of Lebanon. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Patti Jean Shue; brothers, Harry Bickel and Lewis Bickel; and sister, Mary Krall. Funeral 10 a.m. Tuesday at Rohland Funeral Home, Inc, 5th & Cumberland St, Lebanon, where a viewing will be held Tuesday beginning at 9 a.m. Interment Indiantown Gap National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Tabor UCC, 124 S. 10th St, Lebanon 17042.
