  Kindt, Mary Elizabeth (Betty)   
   
  Mary Elizabeth (Betty) Kindt, 94, of Westbrook, formerly of Lebanon Pa., died 
  March 7, 2009, at Gladeview Health Care Center in Old Saybrook. She was 
  preceded in death by her husband, Robert H. Kindt Sr., in 2001. Born in 
  Lebanon, Pa., she was the daughter of the late Richard and Florence Schock of 
  Lebanon. She was a member of the Westbrook Congregational Church, and a former 
  member of Salem Lutheran Church in Lebanon. Surviving children are Judith Kindt 
  Palm and husband Elton, and Robert H. Kindt Jr. and wife Laura, all of 
  Westbrook, and Richard W. Kindt and wife Sue Ann of Lebanon, Pa.; plus seven 
  grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by a 
  sister, a brother, and a granddaughter. A memorial gathering has been planned 
  for the family at a later date. Memorial contributions, in lieu of flowers, may 
  be made to the Capital Fund Drive, Westbrook Congregational Church, Westbrook, 
  CT 06498. Swan Funeral Home, 80 East Main Street, Clinton Conn., is in charge 
  of arrangements. Burial will take place at Grand View Cemetery, Annville, Pa.
