  Dorothy M. Krause, 87, of Lebanon passed away Friday, January 2, 2009, at 
  Harrisburg Hospital. Born in Lebanon on May 10, 1921, she was the daughter of 
  the late Charles H. Bechtel and Helen D. Darkes Bechtel. Dorothy retired as a 
  bookkeeper from Penn Corner in Lebanon. She enjoyed spending time with family 
  and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, Robert J. 
  Krause, and brother Richard Bechtel. Dorothy is survived by her son, Thomas R. 
  Krause and his wife, Cathy A. of Etters; one brother, Robert Bechtel of 
  Harrisburg; granddaughter, Kelly A. Carlson and husband Allan of Etters; a 
  grandson, Robert A. Krause, and wife Tracy of Palmyra. Graveside services will 
  be held Thursday, January 8, 2009, at 10 a.m. at Indiantown Gap National 
  Cemetery with Pastor Evan Houck officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family 
  requests that memorial contributions may be made to the America American Heart 
  Association, Capital Region Division, 1019 Mumma Road, Lemoyne, PA 17043.
