  Pauline M. Lentz JONESTOWN Pauline M. 'Polly' Lentz, 77, passed away on Monday, 
  July 27, 2009, at the Lebanon Good Samaritan Hospital. Born August 4, 1931, in 
  Jonestown, she was the daughter of the late Charles H. and Mildred M. Wolf 
  Lentz. She had worked for the former Lebanon Dress Factory and Dutch Maid in 
  Jonestown. She was also an avid Phillies fan. She is survived by her sons, 
  James E. Lentz and Michael D. Lentz, both of Jonestown; and her daughter, Tammy 
  J., wife of Dave Boyer of Jonestown; sisters, Evelyn L. Smith of Shermansdale 
  and Marcia E. Spitler of Jonestown; grandchildren, David and Jennie Boyer; and 
  great-grandchildren Tara, Toccoa, David and Grace. She was preceded in death by 
  her brother, Kenneth C. Lentz; and sisters, Maggie Walters and Lucille Price. 
  Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Friday at the Kreamer & Lum Funeral Home 
  & Crematory, Rt. 72 & Camp Meeting Rd., Jonestown. Viewing will be one hour 
  prior to the service. Interment will be at the Zion's Evangelical Lutheran 
  Cemetery, Jonestown.
