  Kenneth R. Lerch LEBANON Kenneth R. Lerch, 76, of 817 Lehman St., passed away 
  Thursday, December 3, 2009, at his residence. He was the husband of Ruth 
  (Jennings) Lerch. Kenneth was born in Lebanon, on August 16, 1933. He was a son 
  of the late Floyd and Violet (Sattesahn) Lerch. Ken worked for Raymark 
  Asbestos, Manheim, and retired after 44 years. He was a member of the Lebanon 
  5th Ward AC, a soccer coach for 20 years, and a Lebanon County Election 
  Official for 10 years. He enjoyed golfing and was a big Boston Red Sox fan. In 
  addition to his wife, Ruth, he is survived by five children, Kathy, wife of 
  Michael Brown of Lebanon, Sandra Skillman of Quentin, Diana, wife of Lawrence 
  Phillips of Lebanon, Carl, husband of Margaret Lerch of Gilbertsville, and 
  Barry, husband of Jody Lerch of Lebanon; eight grandchildren; eight 
  greatgrandchildren; one greatgreat-grandson; eight siblings, Gladys Kelly, wife 
  of Richard Kelly, Gloria Sweigart, wife of Lester, Gerry, wife of Leon Long, 
  Russell, husband of Marjorie Lerch, Larry, husband of Donna Lerch, Robert 
  Lerch, Ronald, husband of Eleanor Lerch, and Walter Lerch; and several nieces 
  and nephews. He was preceded in death by a brother, Glenn Lerch. Funeral 
  service Monday December 7, at 12 noon at Thompson Funeral Home, Inc., 126 S. 
  9th St., Lebanon. Viewing will be from 10 a.m. to 12 noon at the funeral home. 
  Interment will be at Grand View Memorial Park, Annville. In lieu of flowers, 
  donations can be made to the Good Samaritan Hospital Hospice, 202 Hathaway 
  Park, Lebanon, PA 17042.
