  Eunice A. Lewis LEBANON Eunice A. Lewis, 83, wife of the late Albert C. Lewis, 
  passed away peacefully on Wednesday, August 26, 2009, at her home after a short 
  illness. She was born on May 15, 1926, in Harrisonburg, Va., and was the 
  daughter of the late Dwane F. and Evangeline F. (Keyton) Hopkins. Her family 
  moved to Pennsylvania in 1942. She retired from the Lebanon School District in 
  1988. She was a life member of the VFW Post 23 Auxiliary, the R Field and 
  Stream Club, and the Mt. Aetna Fire Co. She was an avid NASCAR and Terry 
  Labonte fan. She was a loving mother to her children, daughters, Linda and 
  husband, Bill Meade, and Judy Reddinger, both of Lebanon; twin sons, Al Lewis 
  and wife, Lisa of Delaware, Bill Lewis of Lebanon, and son, Donnie Collins of 
  Lebanon; and her devoted and constant companion, Colby, her dog. She had 11 
  grandchildren and 14 greatgrandchildren. Also surviving are brothers, Jennings 
  Hopkins and Ivan Hopkins, both of Lebanon, and Richard Hopkins of Ohio; 
  sisters, Margie Binkley of Lebanon, Marion Agrusa of New Mexico, and Nancy 
  Stutzman of Arizona; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by 
  her brother, Carl Hopkins; and a grandson, Harry Collins. Memorial services 
  will be held on Monday, August 31, 2009, at 9:30 a.m. at the Kreamer & Lum 
  Funeral Home & Crematory, Rt. 72 and Camp Meeting Road, Jonestown. Interment 
  will be at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, her wish was 
  for memorial contributions to be made to the GSHHospice, 202 Hathaway Park, 
  Lebanon, PA 17042.
