S. Hershey Medical Center. Born October 20, 1934 in Reading, she was a daughter of the late William Lester and Mamie (Schweitzer) Everhart. She was an employee of Today's Chef, Palmyra and retired from the former Gray's Fine Foods, Palmyra. A graduate of the former Birdsboro High School, she was a member of Palm Lutheran Church, Palmyra. Surviving are her husband Jack R. Lingle; children Jeffrey Lingle of Shippensburg and Carol Lea Lingle of Columbus, Ohio; sister Bessie Mae Habecker and brother Willis Everhart both of Birdsboro; grandchildren Sean C. Lingle of Hummelstown and Stephanie L. Lingle of Cleveland, Ohio; and 2 great grandchildren. A celebration of her life will be held 11:00 AM, Friday, July 10, 2009 at her church, 11 West Cherry Street, Palmyra. Visitation will follow the service. Interment will be at the convenience of the family in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to her church, 11 West Cherry Street, Palmyra, PA 17078 or to the Four Diamonds Fund, PO Box 852, Hershey, PA 17033.
