"Dot" DeWitt Boltz Lutz, 81, of 620 Palm City Park, died Monday, November 23, 2009, at her home. She was born March 21, 1928, to the late Franklin and Atta Estella Carpenter DeWitt in Lebanon. She attended Bethany United Methodist Church at Palmyra. She was a member of the Annville Senior Center. She also enjoyed playing with her grandchildren. Surviving are daughters, Della J., spouse of John D. Howard of Annville, and Marilyn L., spouse of Orus Ray Miller of Bridgeport, W.Va.; sons, Richard Boltz of Lebanon and Ronnie Boltz of Lebanon; grandchildren, Tammy, spouse of Jeff Kerkeslager of Jonestown, John M., spouse of Cindy Howard of Lebanon, Marlin, spouse of Michelle Howard of Lebanon, Rodney B., spouse of Stephanie Miller of West Virginia, Michael David Miller of Lewes, Del., Andrew F., spouse of Caroline Miller of Orland Park, Ill., Abbilyn M., spouse of Andrew Harmon of Champaign, Ill., Eric B. Boltz of Lebanon, Justin A., spouse of Kim Boltz of Jonestown, Alexis Boltz of Lebanon, Kirsten Boltz of Lebanon, and Danny Boltz of Lebanon; eight greatgrandchildren; a number of nephews; and nieces, Rosali Rish and Carol Roberts. She was preceded in death by husbands, Marlin W. Boltz, on May 8, 1985, and Warren Lutz on March 1, 2003. Viewing is scheduled for Saturday from 10 to 11 a.m. at Christman's Funeral Home, Inc., 226 Cumberland St., Lebanon. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. at the funeral home.
