  McKerrow, Floyd Maxwell    
   
   
  Floyd Maxwell McKerrow, 87, of Cornwall Manor, formerly of Ardmore, Pa., died 
  Tuesday, June 16, 2009 in Cornwall Manor. Born March 21, 1922 in Columbia 
  Crossroads, Pa., he was a son of the late Ernest and Lillie (Miller) McKerrow. 
  He was supervisor of the parking meter department of Lower Merion Twp., 
  Ardmore, retiring after 25 years. Mr. McKerrow was a 1941 graduate of Troy High 
  School, Troy, Pa., and a graduate of Bok Vocational, Philadelphia, majoring in 
  watchmaking. He was a WW II U.S. Army disabled veteran and was awarded a Purple 
  Heart with Oak Leaf Cluster. He was a member of Cornwall United Methodist 
  Church and was an avid volunteer. Surviving is his wife, the former Jean S. 
  Smith of Cornwall; a sister, Melvia DeWalt of Columbia Crossroads, Pa; 1 
  grandson, 1 granddaughter, and 2 great grandchildren. Memorial services will be 
  held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, June 25th in Zerr Chapel at Cornwall Manor, 1 Boyd 
  St., Cornwall, with The Rev. Glen Esler and The Rev. James Heath officiating. 
  Arrangements entrusted to Auer Cremation Services of Pennsylvania, Inc., 
  Harrisburg.
