  Margaret E. McKinney, 79, Cedar Haven, formerly of North Fifth Street, Lebanon, 
  died Tuesday, January 28, 2009, in Cedar Haven. She was the wife of the late 
  Howard J. McKinney. She was born in Lebanon on January 26, 1930, daughter of 
  the late Allen and Mildred Fox Harvey. She was a member of Holy Trinity 
  Lutheran Church, Lebanon. Surviving are sons Michael McKinney and fianc"e 
  Charlene Hall; Brian McKinney and wife Marie, all of Lebanon; three 
  grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. Private family services will be held 
  with interment in Mt. Lebanon Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may 
  be made to the American Heart Association, P.O. Box 1263, Lebanon PA 17042. The 
  Rohland Funeral Home Inc., Lebanon, is in charge of arrangements.
