  Emma L. Miller, 78, formerly of Grace Ave., Lebanon, died on Tuesday, June 2, 
  2009, in the E.C.C. Retirement Village, Albright Campus, Myerstown. She was the 
  wife of Alfred R. "Spike" Miller. Born in Lebanon on January 18, 1931, she was 
  the daughter of the late George and Violet Brandt Weise. She was a member of 
  the First Evangelical Congregational Church, Lebanon. Emma enjoyed spending 
  time with her grandchildren, being on the farm, traveling, gardening and 
  cooking. Surviving in addition to her husband are sons: Richard W. Miller and 
  wife Donna McCole, Springfield, VA; Gary Miller, Lebanon; David Miller and wife 
  Sharen, Myerstown; daughters: Lu Ann Christ and Tina Miller, both of Lebanon; 
  five grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; brother: George Weise, Lebanon; 
  sisters: Betty Wenzler, Lebanon; Joyce Gensemer, Lebanon; Nancy Brown, 
  Pittsburgh and Louella Fager, Jonestown. She was preceded in death by her 
  brother Charles Weise. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 10:00 AM in 
  the Rohland Funeral Home, 508 Cumberland St., Lebanon, where a viewing will 
  begin at 9:00 AM until the time of the service. Interment will be made in 
  Ebenezer Cemetery. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Alzheimer's 
  Greater PA Chapter, 3544 N. Progress Ave., Suite 205, Harrisburg, PA 17110-
  9638.
