Miller ANNVILLE Henry Wengert Miller, 89, died Friday, October 2, 2009, in the Lebanon Valley Home, Annville. He was the husband of Lois J. Stump Miller, with whom he would have celebrated their 64th wedding anniversary this December. Born in Fredericksburg, July 31, 1920, he was the son of the late Raymond C. and Sara E. Wengert Miller. He was the owner and operator of Miller's Ice Cream, North Annville Twp. in the 1950's and then became the owner of Annville Frozen Food Service from 1962-1984. Henry was a graduate of Messiah Academy, Mechanicsburg, a member of Fairland Brethren in Christ Church, Cleona where he served on the Board of Trustees and sang in the choir. He was also a member of the Pine Bottom Pauper's Deer Camp, Clinton County for over 40 years and an avid golfer participating in the Sr. Golf League at Blue Mountain Golf Course, Fredericksburg. Surviving, in addition to his wife, is a son, Michael B. Miller of Palmyra; three daughters, Barbara J., wife of William Colver of Annville, Cynthia R., wife of Philip Engle of Annville, and Sara E., wife of Rodney Nissley of Hummelstown; nine grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; a brother, Lee W. Miller of Palmyra; and three sisters, Neda Crider of Mechanicsburg, Arlene, wife of Rev. Dr. Elbert Smith of Mechanicsburg, and Mary Jean, wife of Curtis Byer of Upland, Calif. He was preceded in death by a brother Nelson W. Miller. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 11 a.m. from the Kreamer Funeral Home and Crematory, 618 E. Main St., Annville. Interment will be held in United Zion Cemetery, North Annville Twp. Viewing will be held on Tuesday from 10 to 11 a.m. prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Lebanon Valley Home, 550 E. Main St., Annville, PA 17003.
