  Ethel E. Mitchell, 92, formerly of Gardners and Mt. Holly Springs, Pa., died 
  Saturday, February 28, 2009 in the ManorCare of Lebanon, Pa. She was born in 
  Lebanon County on March 27, 1916, to the late Dorsey and Fannie Fitting 
  Wonders, and was the wife of the late Charles W. Mitchell, who died March 23, 
  1993. Ethel was a former employee of the Harold Rice Farms of Gardner, Pa., a 
  member of the Faith Chapel in Carlisle, Pa., and enjoyed working with flower 
  gardens. She is survived by a son, Clarence E. Waltermyer, and his wife, 
  Josephine of Jonestown; a daughter, Ruth A. Shelly of Lebanon, Pa.; six 
  grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Preceded by two sons, Richard and 
  Lester Paul Bonawitz; and a daughter, Sandra Baltz; and several brothers and 
  sisters. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, March 4, 2009, at 11 a.m. 
  at the Hollinger Funeral Home and Crematory Inc., 501 N. Baltimore Ave., Mt. 
  Holly Springs, Pa. Interment will be held in the Cumberland Valley Memorial 
  Gardens, Carlisle, Pa. There will be a viewing Wednesday at the funeral home 
  from 10 a.m. till time of services. Memorial contributions may be made to her 
  church, Faith Chapel, 1453 Holly Pike, Carlisle, PA 17015.
