Morris, Sr., 51, entered into eternal life on Friday, September 4, 2009, at his home with his family by his side, after a long courageous battle with cancer. He was the husband of Kimberly Valence Morris, to whom he had been married 27 years. Born in Lebanon, on March 26, 1958, he was the son of the late Katherine E. Graby Morris, and Carl Morris and wife, Gloria of Parker, Ariz. Charles was a 1976 graduate of Hershey High School and Dauphin County Vo-tech. He was previously employed by Fortney Printing in Oberlin. He attended Salem United Church of Christ. Charles was a musician with the Morris Brothers Band until 1995. He enjoyed fishing, NASCAR, and spending time with his family, and will be sadly missed by all. In addition to his wife, he is survived by two daughters, Kathy and Lindsey, and a son, Chuck Jr., all of Campbelltown; four brothers, Michael Morris of Campbelltown, Curt Morris and wife, Cameo of Wind Gap, Robert Morris and wife, Vicki of Palmyra, and Carl Morris and wife, Lori of Elizabethtown; and two grandchildren, Tyler Graybill and Mallory Akins. We will all remember him for his strength and his will to never give up even in the toughest of time. His courageous battle with cancer is and always will be an inspiration for all who knew him. Funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family. A public viewing will be held on Monday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Kreamer Funeral Home & Crematory, 618 E. Main St., Annville. In lieu of flowers, Charles asked that contributions be made to Salem United Church of Christ, 2761 Horseshoe Pike, Campbelltown, PA 17010. A special thank you to Brandi, Charlie's Compassionate Care Hospice nurse, for the extraordinary kindness and comfort she gave to him and the family. Also, a sincere thank you to those who supported Charlie through this time.
