  Sandra L. Neff STRASBURG, VA Sandra L. Neff, 67, passed away Monday, November 
  9, 2009, at Winchester Medical Center, Winchester, Va. A funeral service will 
  be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday at Stover Funeral Home, Strasburg, with the 
  Rev. C. Keith Warren officiating. Burial will follow at Panorama Memorial 
  Gardens, Warren County, Va. The family will received friends at the funeral 
  home on Friday from 7 to 9 p.m. Mrs. Neff was born February 17, 1942, in 
  Carlisle, a daughter of the late Karl R. French, Sr. and Mary Shrader, and the 
  stepdaughter of the late Betty French. She was employed as a nurse/caregiver. 
  Surviving are her husband, David William Neff; her daughter, Debbie DeCarlo and 
  husband, Ray of Edinburg, Va.; her son, Steven R. Marks and fianc"e, Terri 
  Lambert of Strasburg, Va.; her stepdaughter, Diana Zaremba of Wardensville, 
  W.Va.; six sisters, Pat Wolfe and companion, Joan Mudd of Virginia Beach, Va., 
  Barbara Hanak and husband, Robert of DuBois, Karol O'Hearn and husband, Brian, 
  Roxane Crawford and husband, James, and Pamela Wise and husband, John, all of 
  Lebanon, and Sherri Bennett and husband, Ed of Lansdale; two brothers, Karl 
  French, Jr. and wife, Cheryl of Lebanon, and Bobby Shrader and wife, Rhonda of 
  Hancock, Md.; seven grandchildren; seven greatgrandchildren; and a number of 
  nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by an infant daughter and a 
  granddaughter. Serving as pallbearers will be Gary Knonk, Ricky Nugent, Tony 
  Frye, Tom Boger, Jeremy Norman, Jeffrey Little, Casey Mork, and Garland Lee 
  Himelright. Memorials may be made to Shenandoah County Animal Shelter, 268 
  Landfill Road, Edinburg, VA 22824.
