  Vernon H. Neff CORNWALL Vernon H. Neff, 100, died Wednesday, October 28, 2009, 
  in Cornwall Manor. He was the husband of the late Jessie E. Neff. Born, 
  September 26, 1909 , in Coatesville, son of the late Vernon and Anna McManamy. 
  He was a WWII Army Veteran. He was a retired actuary and accountant for 
  Provident Mutual Life Insurance Co. of Philadelphia. He was a member of 
  Cornwall United Methodist Church, Cornwall. He was a graduate of University of 
  Pennsylvania and the Wharton School. He is survived by cousins. Funeral 
  services Friday, at 9:30 a.m., Zerr Chapel of Cornwall Manor. Interment 
  Indiantown Gap National Cemetery. The Rohland Funeral Home, Inc, Lebanon is in 
  charge of arrangements.
