  Nein, Mary E.   
   
  Mary E. Nein, 81, Lebanon, died suddenly on Monday, January 19, 2009, in the 
  Lebanon Good Samaritan Hospital. She was the wife of the late Harvey F. Nein. 
  She was born in Lebanon on October 27, 1927, a daughter of the late Roscoe and 
  Sallie M. Shultz Bowman. She was a graduate of Lebanon High School, and was 
  retired from the Bell Telephone Company in Harrisburg with 37 years of service. 
  She was a member of St. Jacobs Kimmerlings Church, and was a member of the 
  Eastern Star Lebanon Chapter 115. She was also a member of the Telephone 
  Pioneers. She loved music and enjoyed singing. She is survived by a son, 
  Torrence F., and wife Barbara Nein of Cornwall; granddaughter Amanda Jean Nein. 
  She was preceded in death by stepbrothers Frederick Hoffman Bowman and Jay B. 
  Patschke. Private interment will be made in Grand View Memorial Park. Rohland 
  Funeral Home is handling the arrangements
