  Josephine M. Neiswender, 87, of Palmyra died Monday, February 2, 2009, in the 
  Palmyra Nursing Home. Born January 8, 1922, in Annville Township, Lebanon 
  County, she was the daughter of the late Harvey and Sallie Ann (Boyer) Becker. 
  Retiring from the former Kinney Shoe Factory, Palmyra, she was a 1939 graduate 
  of Annville High School, a member of First Evangelical Congregational Church, 
  Palmyra, and the Loyal Workers Sunday School Class. She was the widow of John 
  T. Neiswender, who died July 7, 1995, and was the last of her immediate family. 
  She was preceded in death by a brother, Donald Becker; and sisters Edna Blouch, 
  Violet Shenk and Lottie Ulrich. Surviving are a sister-inlaw, Mary Becker of 
  Annville; nieces Betty Smith of Sunbury, Jean Williams of Dothan, Alabama, 
  Ginny Blouch of Lebanon and Dorothy Weik of Palmyra; nephews Marlin Shenk of 
  Palmyra and William Ulrich of Lebanon. Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. 
  Saturday, February 7, 2009, at Buse Funeral Home, 145 North Grant Street, 
  Palmyra, preceded by a viewing from 1 p.m. Interment will be in Grand View 
  Memorial Park, Annville. Memorial contributions may be made to her church, 55 
  West Main Street, Palmyra, PA 17078.
