Paul E. Nowlen Sr., 83 of Palmyra, peacefully passed away in the arms of his son, surrounded by loving family on Sunday, June 21, 2009 in the Lebanon VA Medical Center Hospice Unit. He is survived by his loving wife Betty (Reich) Nowlen. He was born Sunday, June 6, 1926 in Lebanon to the late William and Irene Linnie (Bishop) Nowlen. Nowlen and fianc" Pamela Woods of Palmyra; two grandsons Sean P. Nowlen of Sunbury, and Jeffrey Woods, Jr.; two sisters, Jane Karsnitz of Lebanon, and Janet Stoner and late husband Donald of Harrisburg; one great granddaughter and several nieces and nephews.
