  Isabelle V. Parks LEBANON Isabelle V. Parks, 90, died Friday, September 25, 
  2009, in Spang Crest Manor. She was the wife of the late Victor G. Parks. She 
  was born in Lebanon, on November 25, 1918, a daughter of the late Charles A. 
  and Emma A. Zacharius VanWinkle. She was formerly employed by RCA in Lancaster. 
  Mrs. Parks was a member of Zion Lutheran Church, Lebanon, and she enjoyed 
  reading, crocheting, and was a Steelers and Notre Dame fan. She is survived by 
  daughters, Patricia A., wife of Richard W. Reber, Jr. of Lebanon, and Lois E., 
  wife of David J. Stone of Mt. Gretna; grandsons, Richard A. Reber and Michael 
  A. Parks; four greatgrandchildren; sisters, Geraldine Kline and Winifred Rump; 
  as well as several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by sisters, 
  Rosanna Moll and Ruth Immel; and brother, William VanWinkle. Funeral services 
  will be Tuesday, September 29, at 2 p.m. in the Rohland Funeral Home, 5th and 
  Cumberland Sts., Lebanon. Interment will be made in Mt. Lebanon Cemetery. 
  Viewing will be Tuesday at 1 p.m. to the time of service in the funeral home. 
  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 
  P.O. Box 1274, Lebanon, PA 17042; or the Willis and Helen Christman Memory 
  Center, 945 Duke St., Lebanon, PA 17042.
