  Arline E. Phillips SINKING SPRING Arline E. Phillips, 98, formerly of Richland 
  and Furnace Creek Manor, Robesonia, died Wednesday, December 2, 2009, in Manor 
  Care, Sinking Spring. Her husband, Earl N. Phillips, died in 1984. Born in 
  Somonauk, Ill., she was the daughter of the late Gus and Lillie (Philpot) Rohm. 
  She was employed at the former Richland Knitting Mill for many years until 
  retirement. Mrs. Phillips was a member of God's Missionary Church, Lebanon. She 
  is survived by two daughters, Sandra E., wife of John C. Barnhart, Womelsdorf, 
  and Wanda L., wife of John D. Weatherholtz, Sinking Spring. She is also 
  survived by five grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased 
  by two daughters, Marsha J. McCarthy in 1996, and Cynthia S. Phillips in 
  infancy. A memorial service will be held Sunday, December 6, 2009, at 1 p.m. in 
  Lamm & Witman Funeral Home, Inc., Wernersville. Family requests that flowers 
  please be omitted.
