  Kimberly Jo Phillips LEBANON Kimberly Jo Phillips, 18, of the Renova Center, 
  died Saturday, September 12, 2009, in the Good Samaritan Hospital, Lebanon. She 
  was born in Lebanon on July 4, 1991, daughter of Gail Phillips. She attended 
  Cedar Crest High School for four years. She loved life, enjoyed being in the 
  outdoors, and was a joy to everyone. In addition to her mother she is survived 
  by brothers, Adam Reinhart, Lebanon; Kevin Butler, Annville; maternal 
  grandparents, Kenneth and Audrey Phillips, Lebanon; second mother, Kristen 
  Weaver, Palmyra; and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles. Memorial 
  services will be held 11 a.m. Monday, September, 21, 2009, in Cedar Haven 
  Chapel, 590 S. 5th Ave., Lebanon. There will be a time of visitation from 10 
  a.m. to the time of service on Monday. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be 
  made to the Renova Center, 25 Metro Dr., Lebanon, PA 17042. Rohland Funeral 
  home is handling the arrangements.
