Mary B. Reber Mary B. Reber, 1025 Group Mill Road, New Oxford, PA and formerly of 3 Timothy Avenue, Lebanon, PA left this world to walk by the Father's side on July 14, 2009. She was born in Lebanon County on May 10, 1921. She was the daughter of the late George Clarence and Mamie Rebecca Meyer Bowman. In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by two brothers, Earl and George C. Jr. and three sisters, Alverta, Beatrice, and Martha. Her husband, Edward C. Reber, passed from this life on October 9, 2004. Surviving siblings include Helen, widow of Richard Miller, Tucson, AZ, Patrick O. and wife Dorothy of Mount Gretna, PA, Herbert M. and wife Lucille of Sand Hill, Grace A. and husband Wilmer Hirschbock of Annville, Jean L., widow of Rev. George Henry of Watsonville, PA, and brother James R. of Lebanon, PA, as well as so very many loving and devoted nieces, nephews, and their families. She enjoyed her last days of life on this earth at the home of her daughter, Barbara, wife of Donald Yorlets, and their daughters, Colleen, Barbara, and Rachel Rebecca. She was an early employee of the Levitz Furniture Store, later leaving to join the staff of the First National Bank, Lebanon, currently M & T Trust Co. A member of Fredericksburg United Methodist Church, Jonestown, PA, she enjoyed actively participating in church worship and activities as health permitted. She also enjoyed being an RSVP Volunteer in earlier years. A quiet person, Mary had a kind thought and a prayer for each person she met. Following cremation, burial will be at the convenience of the family. A memorial service affirming Mary's dedication and walk with the Father will be held at Fredericksburg United Methodist Church, Jonestown, PA on Saturday July 18, 2009 at 2:00 PM. In lieu of floral memorials, the family requests that contributions be made to her church or to the VNA Hospice of Hanover/Spring Grove, 440 North Madison Street, Hanover, PA 17331. These compassionate, dedicated people made Mary's last leg of her journey a satisfying one. Kreamer Funeral Home and Crematory, Annville is in charge of arrangements.
