  Rothermel, Mildred I.   
   
  Mildred I. Rothermel, 89, of 317 Kauffman Road, Annville, died Tuesday, 
  February 3, 2009, in her residence. She was the wife of the late John A. 
  Rothermel, who died in 1994. She was also preceded in death by her first 
  husband, Henry R. Books. Born in Lebanon County on January 8, 1920, she was the 
  daughter of the late Earl N. Pomraning, and the late Lillian Sholley Shelly. 
  She worked as an accounting secretary for Millard's Quarry, Annville, and for 
  the State Auditor General, Harrisburg. Millie graduated from Lebanon High 
  School in 1937. She is survived by a daughter, Cherie D., wife of Paul D. Graby 
  of Lebanon; a sister, June L. Keller of Cleona; three grandchildren, Scott, 
  Craig, and Cory Graby; nine greatgrandchildren, Brittany, Austen, Meghan, 
  Olivia, Joshua, Evan, Caleb, Tressa, and Hayden; a step-son, Ronald Rothermel 
  of Harrisburg; and a stepdaughter, Kay, wife of the Rev. Gerald I. Gingrich of 
  York. Memorial services will be held on Monday, February 9, 2009, at 12 p.m. 
  from the Kreamer Funeral Home and Crematory, 618 E. Main Street, Annville. 
  Inurnment will be in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery. Visitation will be held 
  on Monday from 11-12 at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may 
  be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 3544 N. Progress Ave., Suite 205, 
  Harrisburg, PA 17110.
