  Betty J. Shirk FREDERICKSBURG Betty J. Shirk, 61, passed away on Thursday, 
  November 19, 2009, at the Lebanon Good Samaritan Hospital. She was the wife of 
  Ronald C. Shirk. Born in Lebanon, on June 18, 1948, she was the daughter of the 
  late Edwin and Dora Darkes Haldeman. She had worked at the EconoLodge in 
  Grantville and for Days Inn in Lickdale. Funeral services will be held on 
  Tuesday at 2 p.m. at the Kreamer & Lum Funeral Home & Crematory, Rt. 72 and 
  Camp Meeting Road, Jonestown. Viewing will be from 1:30 until the time of the 
  service. Interment will be at the Union Salem Cemetery, Jonestown. In lieu of 
  flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 
  P.O. Box 1274, Lebanon, PA 17042.
