  Richard Kenneth Shirk NORTH FORT MYERS, FL Richard Kenneth Shirk, 81, passed 
  away in Houston, Texas on Saturday, August 1, 2009. He was born in Lebanon on 
  January 20, 1928, the son of Elmer E. Shirk and Salie Boltz (Shirk). He was 
  retired from the U.S. Airforce. Ken is survived by three brothers and their 
  spouses, Elmer. E. and Emilie Shirk of North Fort Myers, Fla., Thomas C. and 
  Margaret Shirk of Lebanon, and Allan L. and Sandra Shirk of Jonestown, in 
  addition to six nieces and nephews. Interment will be at the family's 
  convenience in the National Cemetery in Sarasota, Fla.
