  Snyder, Erna R. Gruber    
   
   Erna R. Snyder MYERSTOWN Erna R. Gruber Snyder, 78, died Wednesday, August 19, 
  2009, at E.C.C. Retirement Village-Albright Campus in Myerstown. She was born 
  October 23, 1930, to the late Harry and Elizabeth Gruber in Reading. She was a 
  member of Friedens Evangelical Lutheran Church and worked at Bayer in 
  Myerstown. Erna graduated from Rehoboth High School in Delaware. She enjoyed 
  bowling, reading, fishing with her family, and dancing with her husband. 
  Surviving are her husband, Lawrence C. Snyder of Myerstown; sons, Daniel O. 
  Snyder of Lebanon and Stephen C. Snyder of Lebanon; brother, Tom, spouse of 
  Tina Gruber of River View Park; grandchildren, Sheri Kline of Lebanon and Scott 
  D. Snyder of Fla.; greatgrandchildren, Alaina Kline of Lebanon and Kira Kline 
  of Lebanon; and a number of nieces and nephews. Visitation is scheduled for 
  Tuesday, August 25, 2009, from 10 to 11 a.m. at Christman's Funeral Home, Inc. 
  at 226 Cumberland St., Lebanon. Funeral services will follow at 11 a.m. at the 
  funeral home. Burial will be at Grand View Memorial Park. Memorials can be sent 
  to Alzheimer's Assoc. Greater PA Chapter, 3544 N. Progress Ave., Suite 205, 
  Harrisburg, PA 17110
