  Marlin H. Snyder LEBANON Marlin H. Snyder, 91, passed away on Tuesday, 
  September 29, 2009, at the Good Samaritan Hospital, Lebanon. Born in Union 
  Twp., on August 12, 1918, he was the son of the late Arthur W. and Eva C. Felty 
  Snyder. He retired in 1981 from the Naval Oceanographic Office where he had 
  worked as a meteorologist. He was a graduate of the Jonestown High School and 
  received his Masters Degree in Meteorology from Penn State. He is survived by 
  his sisterin-law, Alberta Snyder of Neshanic, N.J.; a niece, Jean S., wife of 
  David Terhune of Branchburg, N.J.; a nephew, E. Wayne Snyder of Casa Grande, 
  Ariz.; and a greatnephew, Matthew Terhune of Bethlehem. He was preceded in 
  death by his brothers, Edgar E. Snyder and Ernest A. Snyder; and a sister, 
  Irene S. Pistachio. Graveside services will be held on Monday, October 5, 2009, 
  at 1 a.m. at the Outwood Lutheran Cemetery. Arrangements are in the care of the 
  Kreamer & Lum Funeral Home & Crematory, Jonestown.
