  William H. Snyder CLEONA William H. Snyder, 83, of 31 Walnut Mill Lane, died 
  Wednesday, December 9, 2009, in his residence. He was the husband of Madeline 
  F. Ploppert Snyder. Born in Lancaster, on May 30, 1926, he was the son of the 
  late Fred R. and Caroline Schaeffer Snyder. He was a retired Construction 
  Foreman from P.P.L. with 40 years of service and was a U.S. Air Force Veteran 
  of Korea. He was a lifetime member of the V.F.W. Post 05956, Manheim, had his 
  private pilot's license, and enjoyed hunting. Surviving, in addition to his 
  wife, are a son, William H. Snyder, Jr. of North Charleston, S.C.; a brother, 
  Fred R. Snyder, Jr. of Lancaster; a sister, Wanda Renolte of Lancaster; and two 
  grandsons. Services and interment will be held at the convenience of the family 
  in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery. Kreamer Funeral Home and Crematory, 
  Annville, is in charge of arrangements.
