  Harry J. Sotzin READING Harry J. Sotzin, 80, died Wednesday, July 29, 2009, in 
  Reading Hospital. He was the husband of Betty J. (Gruber) Sotzin for 58 years. 
  They were also high school sweethearts and soulmates. Born in Lebanon, he was 
  the son of the late Harry and Elizabeth (Strohman) Sotzin. He was a 1947 
  graduate of Lebanon High School. Harry was employed for 32 years by Bethlehem 
  Steel Grace Mines, Morgantown. He was a member of Robeson Lutheran Church, 
  Plowville. Harry loved to golf and hunt, and was an avid Philadelphia and 
  Reading sports fan, passions he shared with his sons. In addition to his wife, 
  he is survived by three sons, James H., husband of Turie H. of Reading, Gregg 
  W., husband of Jackie of Harrisburg, and Eric M., husband of June D. of 
  Birdsboro; and two grandchildren, Lauren Ashley Sotzin and Ryan Sotzin. He is 
  also survived by his loving sister, Marilyn S., widow of Dr. A.N. Nucum, of 
  Lebanon; three sisters-inlaw, Kathryn (Gruber), wife of George Bordlemay of 
  Manheim, Georgene (Geist), wife of Paul Nee of Myerstown, and Nancy (Geist), 
  wife of Robert Smith of Richland; a brother-in-law, Bob, husband of Pat Gruber 
  of Titusville, Fla.; and several nieces and nephews. Services will be Monday, 
  August 3, 2009, at 11:30 a.m. in Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., West 
  Reading. Friends may call Monday from 10 to 11:30 a.m. in the funeral home. In 
  lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation, 
  1332 N. Halsted St., Suite 201, Chicago, IL 60642; or Reading Hospital and 
  Medical Center Development Fund, P.O. Box 16052, Reading, PA 196126052.
