  Nancy Marie Spangler Nancy Marie Spangler, 71, left this world on Thursday, 
  July 9, 2009. She was born in Lebanon on June 16, 1938, and was the daughter of 
  the late Irwin and Anna (Werner) Heisey of Cleona. Nancy was a long-time 
  resident of Mt. Gretna, where she enjoyed living nestled amidst the pines, 
  tulip trees and tiger lilies. She graduated from Lebanon High School and 
  attended Westminster Choir College in Princeton, NJ, where she majored in voice 
  and was active in various choral activities. Throughout her life, Nancy loved 
  traveling and trying new restaurants and was drawn to the exotic and off-beat. 
  For Nancy, the road less traveled was always the best way to go. Nancy is 
  survived by her husband of 45 years, Frederick, a retired teacher at Northern 
  Lebanon; son Eric and daughter-in-law Helen of New Bloomfield; and daughter 
  Heidi and sonin- law Arun Sarna of Singapore. They will all remember and 
  cherish memories of Nancy's wonderful sense of humor, generosity and devotion 
  to her three grandsons - Nicholas Spangler, Kavi Sarna and Tejas Sarna. While 
  Nancy, a wife, mother and grandmother, left us too soon, we will always have a 
  store of fond memories to sustain us, from trips to New York City to cruises, 
  comedy clubs and fun family dinners (especially at the Von Trapp Lodge in VT). 
  A graveside service for immediate family was held at Grand View Memorial Park, 
  N. Annville Twp. Memorial contributions can be made to Nancy's favorite 
  charity, the Humane Society, 150 N. Ramona Rd., Myerstown, PA 17067. 
  Arrangements were in the care of the Kreamer & Lum Funeral Home & Crematory, 
  Jonestown.
