  Susan A. Thomas MIDDLETOWN Susan Annette Thomas, 45, formerly of Palmyra, 
  passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 22, 2009, at the M.S. Hershey 
  Medical Center. She was born Thursday, February 27, 1964, in Great Falls, 
  Mont., to the late Albert and Ruth (Belle) Thomas. She attended Palmyra High 
  School, was a member of Trinity U.C.C., had worked for Highmark and most 
  recently, Walmart. She enjoyed singing, crafting, her faithful dogs, and most 
  of all spending time with her nieces and nephews, whom she treated as her own 
  children. She is survived by a brother, Doug Thomas of New Jersey; four 
  sisters, Donna Hetrick and husband, Roy of Palmyra, Kathy Lebo and husband, 
  Albert of Palmyra, Debbie Cope and husband, Joel of Macungie, and Karen 
  Patterson of Steelton; seven nieces; six nephews; two great-nieces; and two 
  greatnephews. Funeral services will be held Monday, December 28, 2009, at 11 
  a.m. at Rothermel Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., 25 W. Pine St., 
  Palmyra, 17078 with Pastor Jennifer Deutsch Thomas officiating. Friends and 
  family are invited for a time of visitation from 10 a.m. until time of the 
  service. Burial will follow in Grandview Memorial Park, Annville. Memorial 
  contributions may be made in her honor to The Humane Society of Harrisburg 
  Area, 7790 Grayson Road, Harrisburg, PA 17111.
