"Ted" Edward C. "Ted" Tuck Edward "Ted" Tuck of Margate, New Jersey, passed away in his sleep July 25th while visiting his father in Hershey. Ted was the son of John S. Tuck and the late Lenore Kohl Tuck. "For you know I'd even try to turn the tide." – Johnny Cash Born in Hershey, and long time resident of Lebanon and Cornwall, Ted was the loving husband and best friend to Beverly Jo Meisner Tuck for 36 years; and devoted father to Jessica Eve Tuck and her husband Kevin Stasinski of Cortlandt Manor, New York, Justin Edison Tuck and his fiancee Sarah Sheely of Philadelphia, Melody Kohl Tuck of Margate, and John Eugene Tuck, of New York City. Ted was a member of the Cornwall United Methodist Church, and sang in the choir there for more than 17 years. He was owner of Queen's of Lebanon, and later worked as a casino dealer in Atlantic City. Ted was the beloved brother of Susan Tuck Lunin and her husband Howard Lunin of Hershey, and Karen Tuck Conrad and her husband Edward Offley of Panama City, Florida. Also surviving is aunt Rhoda Stevenson of Richmond, Virginia. Additionally, Ted was a cherished uncle, cousin, brother-in-law, son-inlaw, and friend. He was preceded in death by his mother, Lenore Kohl Tuck; mother-in-law Mary "Melody" Melovidov Meisner; and brother-inlaw Eugene J. "Butch" Meisner Jr. A celebration of Ted's life will be held for his family and friends at 6 p.m. Wednesday, July 29, at Cornwall United Methodist Church, Route 419 and Alden Street, Cornwall. In lieu of flowers, Ted's family requests that a donation be made in his name to Jean Webster's Kitchen, a soup kitchen ministry serving Atlantic City, at Friends of Jean Webster's Kitchen Inc., PO Box 5146, Atlantic City, NJ, 08404-5146.
